As a MATA model patient you acknowledge that your treatment will be carried out by either an experienced trainer OR a trainee delegate under the close supervision of the experienced trainer. We cannot guarantee who your treatment will be done by and by agreeing to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge this.

There is a small charge for treatments which we require at the time of booking your treatment slot. You may reschedule your appointment up to 72 hours prior. Refunds are only available based on medical suitability for the treatment you have booked.

If you feel that you need a follow up treatment or top up following an injectable treatment within two weeks, this will be free of charge subject to our expert trainer’s review and their decision is final. Post two weeks from treatment, there will be a charge for any top ups. Our patient support team are available during office hours for any further support you may need.

Please bear in mind as a model patient your treatment time may take longer than usual and there may be a number of people assessing you. Please also note, that by booking and agreeing to these terms and conditions, you consent to photographs being taken pre and post your treatment. These images are for your own medical records, for our trainee delegates that constitute part of their assessment criteria to pass their course and also for MATA marketing purposes. Any images used for marketing will be anonymised as much as possible.

Failure to attend your appointment will result in the full charge being taken and may result in not being selected as a model patient in the future.
