The Level 7 Aesthetics Course provides a comprehensiveaesthetics training experience across five days, combining hands on practice with essential theoretical education. The programme includes three days focused on Botox® and dermal fillers and two additional days of training, concluding with a Foundation Mentorship day. This structure ensures that delegates receive extensive practical experience with live patients.

  • Comprehensive Training Model: MATA provides pre-screened models, enabling trainees to perform procedures on up to seven patients per day.
  • Small Group Training: Classes are limited to six medical professionals, allowing for personalised instruction and collaboration.
  • Expert Supervision: Each session is conducted under the supervision of an aesthetics expert, providing students with tailored feedback.

Eligibility

To maintain high educational standards, MATA accepts applicants who meet one of the following criteria:

  • Undergraduate degree (level 6) in medicine, nursing, dentistry, midwifery, pharmacy, or paramedics
  • Valid GMC/NMC/GDC/GPhC registration and an active licence to practise in the UK
  • Preferably English as a first language or an IELTS score of 7.0 in all components

Practical Pathway for the Level 7 Diploma in Clinical Aesthetic Injectable Therapies

Stage One: Foundation Course and Foundation Mentorship

The Foundation Course introduces Botox® and dermal fillers in a structured format that blends theory with practical experience. Through this Level 7 aesthetics course, delegates gain knowledge and skills in popular areas such as lip filler and forehead lines.

  • Day One: Botox theory and practice, covering forehead lines, crow’s feet, and glabella lines.
  • Day Two: Dermal filler theory and practice, including lip filler, cheek filler, and marionette lines.

Stage Two: Advanced Course

  • Day One: Advanced Botox applications, including brow lift, neck lift, gummy smile reduction, and botox for hyperhidrosis.

Stage Three: Additional Mentorship Days (Optional)
